We’ve made it to week two! After resolving the small hiccup of pushing the bed towards the windows to allow for the bathroom, it was time to get designing the Guest Bathroom.
Taking the soft blue tones from the bedroom, the bathroom features a simple palette, so to not overwhelm the small space.
The floors are adorned with concrete tiles, complementing the heritage style of the property. While the walls have been tiled with handmade white 100×100 mosaics adding a finer detail to the space through texture.
The tapware further harmonises the bedroom to the bathroom via the brush brass tapware, also featured on the wardrobe door handle.
As they say, design is in the details and this room is no exception. Due to the narrowness of the room, a full-length shower screen with a pivoting door was installed, ensuring the entire room would not get wet when using the shower. In addition, if you look closey you can see a white aluminium, framing the glass panels. These seamlessly blend into the wall tiles creating an illusion.
